What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure payment processor Stripe. Supported cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay. All payments must be made in US Dollars. Stripe protects your financial information during checkout. We do not store full card details.

Yes, we use encrypted SSL technology for safe card transactions.
I don’t have a Stripe account, can I pay without an account?
You don’t need a Stripe account – just fill out the one-time checkout form to place an order.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Once payment has been completed, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
However, if a significant number of your plants arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate your situation appropriately.

What countries do you ship to?

How long does shipping take?

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination country. As a result, shipping costs may vary between countries. Check our shipping rates for your location here.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Certainly! If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. However, please note that once the parcel has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate address changes, especially if the new location is significantly different from the original one (e.g. different country, different city)
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the order details and a Stripe payment link. We kindly request that you make the payment within 24 hours to secure your plants. This timeframe allows us to hold the plants for you. Please note that if payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
